Bayside Community Options Inc, in collaboration with ABIOS (Acquired Brain Injury Outreach Service), regularly conducts a six week program focusing on individual and group self management for people with brain injuries.

The program aims to improve the health, social and community supports for people with acquired brain injuries and their families. See below for more information

Would you like to find out more about how to look after yourself and participate in your community?

Then come along to the Skills To Enable People and CommuntieS  (STEPS) Program,
a 6-week information and skills-based group program for adults with:

Acquired Brain Injury  -  Stroke  -  Traumatic Brain Injury

This STEPS Program is being offered to people who live in Deagon, Bracken Ridge, Brighton, Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Boondall, Zillmere, Fitzgibbon and Taigum.

WHEN: Every Thursday for 6 weeks 10am - 12noon
