This program partners men and women with a mental illness on their recovery journey. We build a long term, trusting relationship with you to:

  • build on your strengths

  • encourage you to develop and reach your goals

  • refer and link you to appropriate services

  • help you to better manage your daily activities

  • acquire new skills

  • participate in your community

  • agree on a prior plan of action for times of illness



 

 

We also offer a group peer support program. The Lifestyles Group meets every Wednesday (10.30am-12.30pm).
